Digital copies of case documents will not include plan sets protected by the California Health & Safety Code section 19851. Inspection of protected plans sets is allowed at City Hall. Duplication of protected plan sets is prohibited, except with permission of the property owner and the professional that created the plan sets following written request and affidavit from the requesting party. Please note that the digital scanning of permit documents and plans is an ongoing process. Some permit documents and plans may not yet be available digitally. Please check with counter staff to determine if all the permits and plans are available for the requested address or if you have any questions or concerns about scanned permit documents and plans.
